Reimagining How Talent Meets Opportunity

We believe finding great work shouldn’t be a full-time job. GigFinder.ai is built to change that.

Two Hiring Marketplaces, One Smart Profile

GigFinder.ai is built to serve both sides of the hiring process, helping people find the right work and helping employers fill it. Candidates search and discover opportunities across more than 250 professional categories, while employers post openings and reach qualified applicants, all on a single platform designed to make the connection between people and work faster and easier.

That work comes in two forms, so we run two marketplaces off the same profile. The jobs marketplace covers traditional employment, both full-time and part-time. GigFinder Connect, our Contract / Project Marketplace, covers defined project work with the scope and the rate agreed up front, so contractors know exactly what they are taking on and employers know exactly what they are paying for. One profile, one set of preferences, and you decide which side you want to be seen on.

At the heart of both marketplaces are AI tools working around the clock to pair people with the right work. The matching engine continuously compares each candidate's skills, experience, and preferences against open postings, surfacing genuine fits for job seekers and contractors while putting strong applicants in front of employers. Members can also browse both job catalogs directly and apply to anything they like. Automating the heavy lifting saves time on both sides, reduces noise, and helps the right people and opportunities find each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

GigFinder is an AI job matching platform that runs two marketplaces from a single profile: full-time and part-time jobs, and the Contract Project Marketplace for contract based project work. It scores real openings against a member's skills, experience, salary goals, location, and work preferences, and alerts them only when a role clears their own match threshold. GigFinder is based in Richmond, Virginia.
A job seeker uploads a resume and GigFinder builds the profile from it automatically. From then on the system scores new listings, both its own and those from partner job sites, against that profile around the clock. Matches at or above the member's threshold trigger an alert. Employers post a role and receive applications that already carry a fit rating.
A job board shows everything and leaves the filtering to you. GigFinder scores each opening against your full profile and stays quiet until something genuinely fits, so the alerts are worth reading. On the contract side it also takes no percentage of what you earn and places no restrictions on communicating directly with the other party.
Two audiences share one platform. Job seekers use it to find full-time, part-time, freelance, and contract work without maintaining separate accounts. Employers use it to post roles, list contract projects, and work through ranked shortlists of verified candidates. Verified non-profits post for free. The same profile serves both marketplaces.
The Contract Project Marketplace is GigFinder's space for contract based project work rather than open ended employment. Every engagement is built around a defined project: the scope is agreed up front, the payment terms are settled before anyone starts, either a pre-agreed hourly rate or a fixed project price, and both sides know where the finish line is.
No. GigFinder charges no commission and no perpetual fees on work arranged through the platform, including contract projects. Job seekers pay a flat annual price or stay on the free Basic plan. Employers pay per job or an annual rate, and contract project listings are free for verified employers.
Job seekers can use the Basic plan free, or upgrade to Plus at $49 per year or Premium at $79 per year, with a 14 day free trial of Plus on every new account. Employers pay $159 per job or $799 per year for unlimited postings. Contract Project Marketplace listings are free for verified employers, and verified non-profits post at no cost.
